		<description>There&#039;s a feature in Edge Magazine this month coming (got it early since I&#039;m a subscriber) about Wiiware - basically it seems to have a much lower barrier for entry point - Nintendo don&#039;t require as complete a demo as Microsoft do before giving the go ahead.  Also, dev kits are much cheaper than 360/PS3.  Didn&#039;t see anything about hobbyist/student development, though I haven&#039;t actually read the entire article yet (too busy doing PhD student stuff!)</description>
